What CSLB's Own Board Procedures Allow
Documented RecordSourceS022
The Board's published procedures state that when a member of the public raises alleged errors of procedure/protocol or staff misconduct involving a pending matter, the Board may designate the Registrar or another employee to review whether proper procedure was followed and report back when the matter is no longer pending.
The procedures also restrict the Board's receipt of substantive information concerning certain pending matters, to preserve neutrality.
