- Documented Record
- Directly shown by an official document, email, court record, metadata record, agency production, or other authenticated source.
- Plaintiffs' Allegation
- Allegations made by Zachary or Angela Minor in litigation that have not been adjudicated as established facts.
- Agency / Defendant Position
- What CSLB, DCA, Amanda Martinez, Jessie Flores, their attorneys, or another government representative has stated.
- Disputed
- A point on which the parties' positions conflict.
- Open Question
- The available record does not establish an answer.
- Court / Case Outcome
- Actual court dispositions, dismissals, orders, plea dispositions, or other procedural facts supported by records.
Labels pair a symbol with text so meaning never depends on color alone. Disputed allegations are never upgraded to documented facts.
Document Redaction Policy
Public records displayed on this site may be redacted beyond the redactions made by the producing agency to protect personal information unrelated to the public-interest issues documented here.
Home addresses, private telephone numbers, personal email addresses, dates of birth, account numbers, medical or family information, signatures not needed to the story, and live file-sharing links are removed before posting.
Every document carries a status — Pending Review, Public, Redacted, or Withheld From Site. Only Public or Redacted documents are viewable or downloadable.
