    CSLB Investigator Amanda Martinez interviewed Zachary and Angela Minor. Napa County Investigator Robert Yeager recorded the interview on a county-issued recorder as file 220723_0161.MP3.

    Yeager emailed a Dropbox link for 220723_0161.MP3 to Martinez, subject “link to interview from earlier.” Yeager later wrote that he confirmed by telephone that she received it.
